Dear Chamber Members,
Saturday was a special day in celebration of our Village. Residents and visitors from neighboring communities enjoyed live entertainment, food and vendors. Adventure Zone, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, was back for a third year with fun activities for children of all ages. The Village of Pleasantville hosts the annual Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 29th. The event begins at 10am with placement of the wreathes at the World War I Monument at the corner of Bedford Rd.and Academy Street. The parade proceeds down Bedford Rd. to Memorial Plaza, where a ceremony is held at the site of the War Monuments on the north end of Memorial Plaza. Parking is prohibited along the parade route and within Memorial Plaza for the duration of the event.
